About Me

I am a post-doctoral researcher at INRAE (French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment), working at the CESAER lab in Dijon, France. My research sits at the intersection of agricultural economics and ecology, with a focus on quantifying the environmental footprint of farming systems using large-scale European data.

Before entering academia, I worked as a cook, farmer, and nutritionist — giving me a unique hands-on understanding of the food chain from farm to fork. I hold a PhD in Microbial Ecology and now apply quantitative methods to bridge the gap between environmental science and agricultural economics.
